The Incredible Hulk (tv) does qualify and is already on the list.

Picture Perfect also qualifies and I've added it to the list.

Keep in mind, though, that the fic limits for the flashfic comm are not as stringent as for the Fest and BB comms, 7,000 fic vs 2,000 fic cut-off to qualify.
