I have a question. Would the fandom for the TV-verse version of Hannibal count as small fandom? And, if so, would there be any limits, i.e., no Clarice.

Yes and no. *g*

Yes, it would qualify for this flashfic comm (and to post announcements at the noticeboard comm) as I use a higher fanfic threshold (7,000) for those two comms than I do at the fest and bang comms (where it would not qualify as there are already over 2,000 fic at AO3 alone).
