Absolutely! I've added you to the profile and made the announcement to the comm.

I also run two other small fandom comms you might be interested in affiliating with: smallfandom_nb and smallfandomrecs. In any case, you're welcome to announce your comm (and each new challenge, if you want) at the noticeboard comm.
