No, sorry, that wouldn't qualify. (I've been meaning to make an announcement re what qualifies here as a small fandom -- because I am giving more leeway here than over at our sister comm [livejournal.com profile] smallfandomfest re the definition of 'small' -- which would include a revised rule to the RPF category, but even before the revision this type of RPF wouldn't have qualified, sorry.)
